Do you cover my area?

Pop your postcode in the enquiry form and we’ll confirm whether collection and care are available where you live. It’s the easiest way to check before making any plans.

What’s included in a group walk?

Collection and drop-off from your home, approximately 50 minutes of exercise, secure field adventures and enrichment, fresh water and plenty of fun. Groups are kept small and carefully matched.

Would a solo walk suit my dog better?

Solo walks give your dog dedicated one-to-one attention, with the pace and walk tailored to their individual needs. Choose 30 or 60 minutes. Tell us about their personality and routine, and we’ll discuss the right fit.

What’s included in daycare and overnight stays?

Daycare includes a full day of home-from-home care, exercise, play, enrichment, rest and feeding to your dog’s normal routine. Overnight care also includes an evening walk, settle-in time and comfort and company through the night. Let us know about your dog’s routine when you enquire.

What happens in extreme weather?

Walks will be adapted or replaced with fun home visits in extreme weather. We’ll discuss suitable arrangements with you.

How much notice do I need to give?

Please allow 48 hours’ notice for daycare and overnight stays. For stays longer than five nights, seven days’ notice is required, with a 50% charge if cancelled within seven days. Please discuss the booking and cancellation arrangements with us before confirming your care.

Is there anything else to know before booking?

Dogs in season are not accepted. Peak overnight rates apply during selected school holidays, bank holidays and festive periods. The listed peak rate is for one dog; please enquire about peak dates and two-dog rates. All bookings are subject to availability and agreed care arrangements.

Privacy & your details

Walk With Us uses the details you choose to share to respond to enquiries, discuss suitable dog care and handle customer feedback. Contact us at walkwithusdogwalking@gmail.com with any privacy questions.

What we collect and why

Your name, email, postcode, any optional phone number, and the dog-care information you enter. We use this to check coverage and availability, respond to questions and take steps you request before a possible booking. General enquiries are handled for our legitimate interest in running and responding to enquiries about our business.

How your enquiry is handled

Enquiries are submitted to the private Walk With Us Sites receiver for follow-up. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Enquiries are held in private Sites storage for follow-up. When notifications are enabled, a copy is handled by our transactional email provider and Gmail for the business inbox. The website does not use your details for marketing sign-ups.

Reviews and publication

For reviews, we collect your display name, email, optional dog’s name and service used, review text and publication preference. We use these to check that feedback is genuine and to respond, in our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.

Reviews are submitted privately to the Walk With Us Sites receiver for moderation. Nothing is published automatically.

Publication is based on your optional permission. Only your approved review text, display name and any dog’s name you supply may appear publicly; your email is not displayed. Leaving the permission box unticked keeps feedback private. Submitted reviews are checked for authenticity, relevance and privacy before publication, not automatically added to the page. The testimonials shown are selected customer comments, not a complete review feed or overall rating.

You may withdraw permission for future display by emailing us. This does not affect earlier processing based on your permission. Review records are kept only as needed for checking, responding, handling permission and any justified record-keeping requirements; published testimonials are reviewed for continued relevance. When notifications are enabled, review notification copies are handled by our transactional email provider and Gmail for the business inbox. Reviews are not used to sign you up for marketing.

Your choices

You may ask us about accessing, correcting or deleting your information, or object to or request restrictions on its use. Some rights depend on the circumstances. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (opens in a new tab).

Cookies and other services

This website includes no analytics, advertising cookies, embedded social feeds or third-party fonts. Our host may process technical request logs. Visiting Instagram or using your email app is subject to that provider’s own privacy arrangements.
